SHIPPING & PRODUCTION
When placing an order you also enter the date you require it by. Typically it takes 7 to 10 business days to complete your order. This allows time to verify your order and send you an engraving proof to approve prior to production.
TRACKING
Quest Awards ships throughout Canada and the USA via Canada Post. You are provided with a tracking number and you can check delivery status at: https://www.canadapost.ca/trackweb/en#/home
RUSH ORDERS
Contact us to confirm we can meet your due date. A $25 rush order fee may apply. When shipped by Purolator or FedEx additional shipping costs may apply.

USA has regulations for the shipment of goods. Fees (i.e. customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees etc.) may be charged in order to receive your order. If so, these are not included in the payment of the order and we do not issue any refunds for these fees, or the cost of the order if you refuse to pay.
