Ordering 1 Plaque - If you are ordering one plaque, upload your logo and photos when placing your order.  In the engraving instructions, indicate the team name, division, player name and number.  You will receive a PDF Proof of your plaque to approve before production

Ordering Multiple Plaques - No uploads required! After placing your order, we will contact you to confirm your custom design and provide a link to upload your player and team photos.   We will create the files, and you will receive a PDF Proof of each of the plaques to approve before production.
